Refund policy

Pre-orders (founding batch)

Replenishment Founding Batch purchases are pre-orders. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve your box, and the estimated shipping window is 12–14 weeks from your order date. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your box ships for a full refund to your original payment method — email geo@mixconutrition.com with your order number and we'll confirm your cancellation within 2 business days. If we can't ship within the estimated window, we'll email you a revised ship date and you can choose either a full refund or to keep your reservation.

After your box ships

Because Replenishment is a consumable supplement, we can't accept returns of opened product. If your box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email geo@mixconutrition.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Questions: geo@mixconutrition.com.
